Infusionsoft: the integration does not work if all fields are mapped.

    Problem: So long as I do not completely fill out my form, the first name and last name will sync with my Infusionsoft account, however, if I completely fill out the form, then none of the information on my form will sync. I have tested this 3 times to make sure. With this being said, what can you offer if anything? Your help is a direct answer will greatly be appreciated.

    The data that gets transferred to Infusionsoft if the data that was sent in the first submission. The data that is filled upon edit submission link, will not go to Infusionsoft.

    It was not an edit submission. We filled out many test forms. We completely stayed off Jotform. We did this by only going to the link on our website at cbafinancialprofile.com - not touching anything having to do with edits. We have field tested this with Infusionsoft and the issue is within Infusionsoft. So either you take responsibility or you don't.

    You seem to not have an answer. First, you blamed the integration and now you are blaming edits.

    Where do we go from here?

    I have been testing a cloned form of yours and I can see it works as expected, if I fill the name field only the record does not send through to InfusionSoft, please note that the email field is required so filling out the email field only should send the data.  

    I would recommend you test the issue with few fields only, I can see about 27 fields mapped on your form. 

    If it works with few fields mapped only even doing the same you have already described, please let us know. 

    Also, please make sure that you're mapping the same field types, mapping different types may affect the connection.

    Yes, when we fill out 1-10, JF and Infusionsoft sync, so it's not an Infusionsoft issue. It is clearly a JF issue. If I can help let me know, but for now we would need all 27 to work every time, JT has worked with all 27 a few times, but we would need it to work every time before we could pass this on to all of our 2500 advisors.

    We inspected your form and found out the following:

    1. The form doesn't contain a submission
    2. Our logs do not show an integration error with InfusionSoft
    3. The form's integration has its access token expired

    With that said, we'd like to continue investigating and finding out the root cause of the problem.

    First, would please kindly re-authenticate your form's Infusionsoft integration so as to have valid tokens?

    To do so, remove the integration and then add it again.

    Let us know if the form is ready so we can continue with troubleshooting.
