I added a notification email to my form but it did not notify my manager when I sent a test. Help. Thanks.

    Which of the 3 recipients did not receive it? Please check the spam folder, and if you find the notification there, make sure to mark it as NOT SPAM.

    Note: if you are using the "Test Email" button, that will just sent it to the email address registered in your account, not the recipients that are listed in your notification. In order to properly test the notifications, you need to do a real submission.
