Hi. We are getting the message that our account is over quota. We went in and cleaned out a bunch of old stuff so we're all set now. However, we can't figure out when the account will reset. Does the billing go from the first to the last day of each month? We love your service and use the paid version on other websites! Thanks in advance for your help.

I checked your account and I can verify that it is currently in good standing. I was able to open your forms properly. Upon checking, it seems that you are no longer using JotForm on your webpage. Please try to re-embed the form and let us know if there are any issues.
In regards to the billing, we charge the user for renewal on the date of subscription. For example, you upgraded today, April 13, 2018, then the next charge will be on May 13, 2018.
The monthly limit resets every 1st day of the month regardless of the date of subscription. It means that if the limit will reset on May 1, 2018.
