Why isn't the Checklist widget working?

    We have the same problem. Is this a 3rd party widget? This is a serious problem. Nobody can order on our website without this. I shouldn't need to expedite modifying my entire order form while I WAIT for Jotform to fix it's website. This is not the first time Jotform has had problems taking my order form down. This is not acceptable and reflects poorly on our own business. We need to be able to rely on Jotform if we are to use it for such an important part of our website. Without any timetable or specifics, it leaves us in the dark. We don't know if this is something Jotform is working on directly or if we're waiting for some 3rd party to take their time. I won't use widgets for critical parts of my forms if it's not managed directly by Jotform.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    Please note that our developers and the different teams we have do our best to keep things working as expected and avoid to affect our users due to errors on our end. JotForm is not error free and sometimes things might go down/break, it would not be honest to say that a service will work 100% and there will not be any technical error; however, we constantly monitor our features as well as the threads on our support forum in order to quickly respond to issues that may be affecting our users. 

    This was indeed the case with the error on this widget, we noticed it, reported it and got a response really quick from our back end team regarding this. 

    I have now checked some of your forms and I noticed that you have the CheckList widget placed on those forms, it works fine now as far as I can see, example: 


    I have cleared your forms cache for now, may you please kindly check and get back to us if the problem persists? 

    If this still happens, please try clearing your browsers cache as well.
