JotForm iPhone Application: It doesn't push any notifications

    I downloaded the iPhone app but am not being notified on my phone when a form has been submitted. I checked to make sure notifications were on and they are. Do I need to do something in settings? I'm receiving email notifications just fine. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on the issue, changing your form's notification Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com might solve the issue.

    However, if this solution doesn't work, do let us know to assists you further.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem and the sender's e-mail is noreply@jotform.com as you suggested.
    Any ideas how to get the push notifications to work on iPhone?

    Hi there,

    Can you please check your iPhone App notification settings if its enabled? Our iPhone App has push notifications feature (as mentioned by one of our dev on this thread) so it should be working. You can also try resetting it by deleting the JotForm iPhone app, re-installing and re-logging in.

    Hi again,

    I have iPhone 4S, iOS6. My iPhone and Jotform App notifications are turned on. I have chosen Alert option. I also deleted Jotform App, reinstalled it and relogged in.

    But with no result. The situation is the same.

    I'm getting and seeing submissions when I'm opening the App. But unfortunatley no push notification appear. What is the next thing I should check?

    The problem is now forwarded to our development team. They'll be the one to inform you about this issue. Unfortunately we can not provide any ETA to when this will be resolved, rest assured they are notified about this.
