Multi Line Question: an option to select and target the fields in conditional logic

Specifically, I would like to make Field #4 depending on Field #3 (see screenshot).
So if there should be a second guest, I want to make the "Mail of Person #2"-field required, so that for every Person entered I do receive a mailaddress.

Unfortunately, the conditions can affect the entire element and not each field in the multi-line question element. 

We may open a feature request for this if you want, although we cannot provide an ETA we would keep you updated here.
