"DateTime Single" widget: Condition to check if the widget is filled in does not work.

    We have a field with uniqe name 'DateTime', a field with unique name 'studentnummer' and a field with unique name 'email_student'.

    On the field 'email_student' a condition is set to populate itself when 'DateTime' is set with '{studentnummer}@mijn.capabel.nl'

    This used to work properly, but now more and more users see no value for this field.

    The 'studentnummer' is properly filled every time. 

    I've seen 'Datetime' being set, but 'email_student' not, but I've also seen 'DateTime' not being set which occurs to be strange to me. It used to work on my system, but suddenly it doesn't anymore.

    I've also noticed the 'DateTime' field's design has changed. Is there something globally going wrong here?

    I have checked your form conditions and it seems that you need the "Studentnummer" field to populate in order for your "email student's" calculation values to work.

    I have seen repeating conditions from your "5.Formulier laats .."

    and in your email student

    This may have caused conflicts, kindly remove one condition not associated to the field.

    I can't find any conditions assigned to the field "studentnummer" .

    Kindly also give us the code to test your form, as I have followed your instructions in the screenshot but the form won't go to the next section.

    Hi Richie,


    Thank you for your reply. The trick is to have a parameter 'key' in the url. The field 'Uw toegangscode' matches this 'key'. When checking 'Examinator BPV' the section will show.

    The URL would be:

    https://eu.jotform.com/70673642936363?key=333333&studentnummer=333333

    I would aspect 'email student' to be populated with '333333@mijn.capabel.nl'


    I doubt the condition is repeated. When the selecting 'all fields' in the selectbox, I only see the condition once.

    I came across another issue that somehow looks the same. In the following:

    There is a value filled into 'Email student' with '000000@mijn.capabel.nl' while the conditions state it should be '333333@mijn.capabel.nl'.

    The issue is that condition to check if "DateTime Single" widget is filled is not working and that is the reason why it it not populating the email field of your form.

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Hi,


    Thank you for your quick answer and help. I'm sorry to say it doesn't work yet.

    The email-field is still not generated and populated in the first form, and still 000000@mijn.capabel.nl in the second form.


    The problem has even gotten bigger: Right now not any form can be submitted when the 'DateTime Single' widget is on it. I made an example:

    When hitting 'Submit' the button changes to 'Please wait...' and the page is stuck there.

    Again I would be happy to hear any update..

    @CalderElearn I checked your form and clean the form cache now its working fine on my end. Can you try it again please?

    Yes,

    I had to clear my browser cache first, but now it's working. That is difficult to explain our customers.. Any way you can aid in that?

    No need to explain to your users, its not about the browser cache, its your form cache those two are different things. We cleared your form cache and you're good to go. Your users should be able to get the updates immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
