The number of submissions for this month has exceeded expectations. So as not to lose access how do I temporarily inactivate this account?

Deactivating your account would mean you'd lose access to it. Perhaps what you wanted to do is disable your form to prevent further submissions?
Your account is well within your usage limit, though it's nearing the 100 submission limit for this month (you're currently at 90). If your aim is to prevent submissions from a particular form, you can disable it for the time being if needed.
