You can use the update form field/calculation condition to copy a field value to another field. Basically you can perform calculation functions as well as updating another field based on condition.

    Below is a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

Still having problem understanding, on my nursing cap documentation submission form, Part B requirements tab, I want to be able to add how many categories user is completing. I want to count (Prepare/Present education to benefit staff/patients/families + Nurse sensitive indicators; CONE; Quality Projects + Research Activities) for example. If 1 of these are filled it counts as 1 point and then if all three are filled or completed by user then it counts as 2 points.

How can I do this? Currently the above fields are not numeric or not a calculation value.

For this you will use conditional statement and check if f one field is filled or if all fields are filled and the update another field we will create that will either have 1 or 2.

So the condition will ideally be the same only that you will be checking on one condition if all fields have been field and on another if any field has been filled.

    Below is the conditional statement.

    One field has been filled

    All fields have been filled

Below is a clone of your form with the above implemented. (I have created a field called "Calculated Based on fields filled" on the last page of the form where these details are updated.

Kindly feel free to clone and use the form.
