Unable to drag-and-drop to reorder conditions on my forms

I can click the three positioning bars, but I cannot move the positioning to change the sequence of events. I looked at past posts like https://www.jotform.com/answers/1132410-Cannot-reorder-Conditions-using-drag-and-drop

This behavior happens on multiple forms.  Here's one example. I want to move the first condition so that it is the second condition, but can't.

I have cleared your forms cache, and now the conditions can be moved by dragging and dropping:

    No, I can't.

How do I clear my forms cache myself?  Are you holding any special keys or just dragging?

I tried clearing the forms cache through the Account > Settings interface.  I tried making a clone and moving that out of a shared folder.

I tried holding CTRL while dragging.

I tried holding SHIFT while dragging.

I still cannot relocate.  See this video: http://ahj.max-opp.com/wp-admin/upload.php?item=4360

Thanks, but I can't view the video you shared. It's asking me to login to your WP admin panel.

There's a high chance this is browser-related since I can move the conditions around on your form and on a random form I opened on my account.

We're not pressing any keys, it's a straight drag and drop action. Can you kindly try on Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Window?
