My JotForm registration page problems

    My customers have been complaining that after they register on my website they are getting some JotForm messages and notifications which make my company look suspicious.

    i contacted you and you said to prevent this i needed to upgrade my subscription which I did but that didn’t fix anything and my customers are dtj getting either a copy of their registration, a JotForm solicitation or something like the attached.

    please fix this, it has been going on too long.

    You can remove the JotForm branding in the autoresponder notification.

    Here's how:

    Settings > Emails > Edit Autoresponder and remove the banner in the email content
