    what does that mean?

    i've never seen this message before and there are only 21 submissions

    I have checked your account and it seems you have exceeded your allocated storage space. You can either upgrade your account (guide) to receive more storage space or you can delete some of your previous submissions (guide) to free up space for the new ones.
