Prepopulate form fields based on another form's answer

    Hi.

    I sell bikes.

People need to fill in a form, to get an extra service that we provide.
(Spare bike in case of damage/accident).

We also give the opportunity, to take an insurance policy, that covers their expenses.
    But that's optional.
If customers want such an insurance, they need to fill in ANOTHER form, that will be sent to the insurance company. (With other information such as credit card number, so with new European regulation (GDPR), we cannot have access to this information).

I think, customers will find it very annoying, that they will have to fill in everything twice. So it would be nice, if their, name, address, phone number, email etc... would already be filled in in the second form.

Is there a way to accomplish that?

Yes you can do that by following the steps in here: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

I've cloned your form twice and named it Customer Info and Insurance Info respectively. Insurance Info gets prepopulated with details from Customer Info. For sample purposes, I've only set to prepopulate Name until Email in Insurance Info form. You can do it with less or more fields.

    Hope this helps.
