    Hi JF,

On my form 81024403488958 I have a Question are you a member Yes/No

If Yes is selected a value of $20 is placed in the Book Price box.

If No is selected a value of $30 is placed in the Book Price box.

Problem is the No condition is not working as I set the condition to do. I did the exact same thing on another form and it work just fine. What am I missing?

    Regards, Robert

Apologies for any troubles caused. I found a workaround to the issue you are experiencing. Instead of using "Update Calculation Conditional" statement what you can do is fetch the values of the Yes and No choices. I have added Calculation values for Yes as $20 and no as $30.

On the "Book price" field we will set the Calculation widget to pick this values.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Once this is done I then disabled the conditional statements that was set and the form works well now.

Below is the clone of the form, kindly feel free to test can clone the form.

    Hi,

When saying that I realized I had values for Yes/No already. So that was interfering with the other condition. I did as you said and now all is good. Many thanks, Now the form is Completed.

    All the best Robert
