    Dear Support,

I would like to know if I can make my form to show specific options for the multiple chose the field. For example, if the user selects Faculty, I would like to show these selections for the Reason; Appointment, Car, Illness, Other. If the user selects Student, the Reason field will show Appointment, Illness, School Visit, Other. As you can see, the only difference is Car and School Visit. How can I create multiple choice selections based on Faculty vs. Student? Thanks.

That's possible. You can create another page for the Student option and use the Skip or Hide page condition. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

Let me know if you want me to create a demo form and guide on how to do it. Thank you.
