Other NonProfit Documentation?

Is there other documentation we can submit to show our nonprofit status and apply for the nonprofit discount? We are a church and have a 501(c)3 status and a tax ID number that complies with that, but we don't have a 990 form. Is the 990 form the only acceptable documentation acceptable for receiving the nonprofit discount? Thanks!
