How to change the form title?

Hi,

When you set up a new form I get asked to give the form a Title, however when you clone the form and alter the fields the title is still the same as the original form.

So how do you alter the title afterwards?

I created a screencast guide that you can follow to change the Form Title and Page Title of the form.
