This doesn't seem to work. Data is being posted even when this option is enabled; whether it's on a "clear on being hidden" or "clear on submit" basis. Can you please assist or resolve the issue?

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and sent a test submission to the form. I see that the values in the hidden fields are cleared without any issue after submitting the form. Also, I tried submitting your form and it seems to be working fine. Were you able to fix the issue?
Could you check once again and let us know if you need any further assistance? We will be happy to assist.

The thing with that is that I use "send post data" You can take my word for it; it does post hidden field selected even with the option enabled. Is there some expedited help I can get from your team regarding this?

I have tried to check this but I was unable to reproduce the issue with enabled send post data and cleared fields. However, I used a simple form.
Is this happening in some specific scenario or fields (e.g. widgets)? Can you please provide some example and a link to the form in question?

Mike, we have the forms integrated deeply. It would be near impossible to reproduce on your end using my forms. However, you're right, it's using a specific widget, Line Radio/Checkbox buttons. These are posting data (via send post data) even when hidden and having the option enabled to clear when hidden (both on submit and on being hidden).

That's the cause of the issue, widgets actually work on a different way compared to basic fields (email, full name and others), due to the difference on the widget's structure they are not compatible with the clear hidden values feature. This will be changed as soon as there is a technical workaround on this (widgets are basically external pages loaded through an iFrame inside the form).
