Scrollbar disappears on dropdown inside the form when it is embedded

Hi, 

Our page (The form is on the bottom of the page):

On dropdown menu.  The MouseWheel action can help user control the menu up & down.

Issue 1 :
But when leave the dropdown menu area.  The action will disappear.

Is it possible to have the action on our whole form area?  Please see below (red line square)

Issue 2 :

When MouseWheel action scroll down the menu last item.  The web page will scroll down.

Can it only scroll up & down with the dropdown menu item?

I think you have already fixed the issue #1. I see that you have increased the form width to accommodate the whole dropdown area.

As for the second issue, it's not possible. That's how the scroll works. If you are inside the dropdown, you can scroll up and down, and that's the important thing right there. 

Sorry, I mean the mouse dropdown up&down action can work on red line square area?

Do you mean, like this?

If yes, what is your purpose? I recommend the current layout instead of having a scrollbar inside the form itself. The form is responsive by default.
