We want a popup form for the home page

    Dear Jotform,

    We want a popup form for the home page is this possible 

    we also need to have the form with Download Prospectus option so that the user could download the prospectus directly from the form

    We do have the Popup and Lightbox embedding options:

    - How to Open Your Form in a Popup Window

    - How to Create a Lightbox Form

    The Lightbox has an option to be automatically loaded upon the page load.
