Adding file download link on form

we also need to have the form with Download Prospectus option so that the user could download the prospectus directly from the form

The file should be uploaded somewhere (e.g. your server, Google Drive, Dropbox), then you can add the file link to your form using a Text field type.

This is also possible to add the link to the form email confirmation message and thank you page.
