It has admittedly been a few weeks since I last checked my jotform, but I have not changed my password at all. So I was surprised when my saved password came back as incorrect. It was even more of a surprise when, after several attempts, I still have yet to receive the password reset email. I have checked all of my folders, including spam, and done a thorough search for anything from jotform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue has probably encountered because of your registered email address has not been verified yet. I have just verified your account email address, could you please try to reset your password again?
