I am experiencing the same issue as I did last month with submissions failing to load and the submit button staying on "Please wait"

As I check your previous thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1424291, it looks like there was an issue with appointment slots widget and seems to be resolved. Since the form is having appointment slots with limited number, I did not send a test submission to the form. Let us know if we can send a test submission. Since you mention that there is still an issue with submitting the form, could you let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and assist you further.
