Are we allowed to change username?

    Hi there,

    Good day to you. I would like to check if you are able to assist us with changing of username, the current username is "lavin". We would like to change it to reflect our company name so that it appears to be more professional, besides, this employee has also left the company since awhile ago. 

    At the moment, the links of the forms we create appears like this: "https://form.jotform.lavin/63611952877466"

    Yes, it is possible to change your username. Please take note that only JotForm staff can change your username. Please provide at least 3 possible usernames so that we can check for its availability. If the first one is available, we'll change your username immediately.
