I think I must have added some wrong details in the email section, as the autoresponses aren't working?

It doesn't seem any wrong setting in your autoresponder settings. I have just sent a test submission (please ignore it) and received 12 autoresponder emails.
You can send different autoresponders and notifications based on a user's answer. Please check out the "Change Email Recipient" condition. Here are further details: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
