More templates

I have just learned about jotform.  I am a meeting planner and one of the things we do a lot of in my company, is golf outings but I see no templates for golf (or other activities for that matter).  We would consider using jot forms if there were such a template.

Also, what is a stand alone link if we do not want to embed into our website which most likely, we would not do.
