When does the payment submission reset?

My account says the number of payment submissions for my account is almost out. I get 100 submissions (per month I assume?). When do they reset?

The payment submissions are being counted per month. The monthly limit reset happens every 1st day of the month. It means that it will reset back to "0" on May 1, 2018.
