Too Many Requests error on submitting a form

    When users submit a form they receive the following error:


    Too Many Requests

    Sorry! Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.


    We have a legacy professional account and don't come close to going over the allotted submissions. Why are we receiving this error? This error only appears to happen on our internal network but we've hosted HUNDREDS of other forms there w/o issue.

    I have checked your form's submissions and whitelisted the IP address, which most of submissions are received from. 

    Could you please test your form again and let us know if the issue persists?
