I need help with the top of my jotform.

    I copied a template titled AMF 2016 Grant application. I changed to my needs and when I published the form it still says AMF 2016 Grant application.   How can I remove that or have it say Scholarship Application.

    Hi,

    On your form builder, click Settings at the top, and select Form Settings. Click Show More Options, replace Page Title with the text you want and publish again.
