We have integrated one of our forms to save submissions to Google Drive. The submissions save into a new folder each day named the submission date. The pdf form itself is also named by the submission date and time. Is there a way to save this form by another field used within our form, such as Student Name? It would be much easier to then use and track the form.

While it is possible to change that option please note that you will have to integrate Google Drive again (you will keep your current data but it will create a new folder on your Google Drive).
