Survery submission was not completed, was the data saved at all?

Hello, 

Last evening, I was filling out a survey and I hit submit and all of my information was deleted. I am curious if there is anyway to find this "saved" information. I continued to see that the document was being saved, but its mysteriously disappeared after submitting it.

If the submission process did not complete, the form data would not have been saved to our servers.  If the data is not available from the submission page, it was not logged.
