You guys just billed me to upgrade to the silver package 2 weeks ago now you shut down my website and made me upgrade to gold for what seems to be for no reason.
Please help me understand this.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. As I check your account, I notice that you have already upgraded the account to Gold. You might have received the email to upgrade the account due to the payment limits. It looks like that you have already received more than 100 payment submissions for the month on Silver subscription. Since you have already upgraded to Gold, the account is currently active and good in standing.
