How to change recipient on email autoresponder?

    Hi,

    we need help with the autoresponder On-boarding questionnaire

    test email set up. It is going to the wrong place. It should be info@medquest.media

     

    A test email has been sent to:

     

    info@miamiinkoff.com

    As per your screenshot, it seems like you have used the "Test Email" button, note that this will send the email to the address configured on your JotForm profile. 

    Now, in order to test properly your email you need to submit your form. Also, note that email autoresponders are supposed to be sent to the submitter's address (of the address in the email field you have selected on the email settings), they are not sent to fixed email addresses unless you have changed it through a condition. 

    Please kindly test your email settings submitting the form and let us know how it goes.
