Visual report is showing only the first two questions

Hi,

I've created a 10 question survey and when I've tested out the visual report function, I'm not sure how to view the full report?  It only seems to show the first 2 questions and their results.  Any suggestions?

When you create a visual report, it will include only the first two questions by default.

You need to manually add the elements that you see in the toolbar of the builder.
