A client is trying to submit a form, but is getting a weird error message instead of the normal captcha response. Do you know how to troubleshoot that?

Could be a temporary issue with the Google captcha or probably our dev team already upgraded the recaptcha as what is announce here https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#what-happens-to-recaptcha-v1 that needs to be upgraded.
I just tested your form and I'm not able to replicate the issue anymore.
