Submissions not added to Google Sheet

Our Refund requests have not been added to our google sheet since mid February. Is there a way to get all of the requests added to the sheet so that we can verify that we are receiving all of the submissions?

We may send the missing submissions from our end, may you confirm this is the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51945714604962? 

Also, note that sending the missing submissions will not fix any issue on the existing integration, you may delete it and add it again in order to get any issue fixed.
