Do they pay through JotForm or through Square?

Hi!

My business is a financial coaching business.

I'm looking to have a workflow with forms that roughly follows: client pays -> is directed to the form for financial snapshot questionnaire -> then directed to scheduler (Square).

Is that something JotForm can support and if so, which demos/templates can you provide as examples for my understanding?

Do they pay through JotForm or through Square? Are there ways to do either way?

As to your inquiry, Square payment integration is available to JotForm.

Your form users will pay through Square not JotForm since you will be using payment gateway(Square)

Could you speak more to the process flow? Someone pays -> they receive access to fill out forms. The next part could be optional: they are then directed to a scheduler for booking the appointment.

We  use the Square's API to process the payments, when you add the integration to your form the credit card fields as well as products will be added to the form, they are embedded in there and the payment occurs at the same time of the submission, actually it's not possible to first submit the form and then pay unless that you use two different forms for that.
