Online Payment is hit and miss - why??

    Hi there,

We had 84 kids sign up for ball and 34 of those were unable to make the online payment work. This is too high a number to be a 'past the limit' credit card issue.

I am paying $39/month for this service. What can be done to have successful transactions? 40% failure is too high.

I recommend using the Form Analytics tool to have a general overview on how your users were using your payment form. You might be able to get important info where the problem lies.

User guide: Understanding Form Analytics and Ways on How to Get Your User's Info

Was your form embedded on a website as well?

Can you share to us the URL of the website where the form was used. We can also check for more details of what could possibly causing the hit/miss payments of your form.

We will wait for your updated response.

Analytics aren't telling me much other than 89 accessed the form from a Desktop and 39 from a cell phone. Is JotForms still glitchy with iPads and Cell phones? I know I've had people say they signed up via cell phone and the form has been dumped in to the incomplete folder.

This is where the form is. I will turn it on for the next 12 hours but we just closed registrations so 12 will be all I can do.

You must have missed to include the URL of your website page from your last response -- can you please share again.

We can test it on mobile browser as well to figure if there is anything wrong with your payment form.

...JotForms still glitchy with iPads and Cell phones?

Actually the forms were even more enhanced for mobile browsers. So I am sure the glitchy aspect with mobile device browsers was not the factor on the incomplete payments.

Your form looks fine on your website.

As far as I checked the analytics I saw that you have an important traffic from Internet Explorer.

But when I made a test submission, I was redirected to the PayPal as it should be.
