    Email notification not working

    I am trying to set up email notification for one of my forms. When I put in email recipient as ashley@bamagolf.com and hit test email, it says it is sent to brian@bamagolf.com(the email address of account holder). However, I am not receiving the test email at brian@bamagolf.com either. 

    About a month ago, we had this same issue and I think that somehow our domain was being blocked by jotform, but I was not the one who was working on it so I am not 100% sure. 

    Please help.

    Test email will only send notifications to the email address associated with your account and not to the recipient that you have added on your form notifications.

    Your email address, brian@bamagolf.com is IN our bounce list. Results shows;



    brian@bamagolf.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout'

    To prevent this from happen again, please make sure to Whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses.

    Also, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com

    So I am now receiving test emails at brian@bamagolf.com which is good but I want them to go to Ashley@bamagolf.com. In the notification, it is set to deliver to Ashley@bamagolf.com but is still coming to account holder email. Is there a way to fix this?

    Like what my colleague mentioned, the Test Email function will send test notifications only on the email address associated to your account, no matter what the configured recipient for that notification is. If you'd like to check whether the email Ashley@bamagolf.com receives emails, you must do a test submit on your live form.

    On a related note, I noticed that your form SMC Sign Up contains three separate notifications, and only the one that is being sent to Brian@bamagolf.com is configured correctly, i.e., Sender Email is set to noreply@jotform.com

    Kindly apply the same to the other notifications to ensure that the emails sent successfully.
