Hi! I use Dropbox Desktop sync and even recently updated to the latest version. All my folders seem to be syncing, except for the new JotForm folder that was just created as I implemented my new account. I keep going back and checking to see the folder show up on my hard drive, but it's not coming in and DropBox says my desktop sync is complete.
Is there something special I need to do to get my JotForm folder to sync up to my desktop with Dropbox? Or is this something I need to take up with them? Thanks!Page URL:

Never mind! It just showed up - finally. I should have taken into account that Dropbox has been severely malfunctioning for the past week or two. I know their engineers are aware, but it does seem to slow down all the syncing. Thanks!

Hello and I apologize about the Inconvenience, we are glad to hear that it finally showed up. Dropbox usually gets the files but depending on how large they are plus the physical server load and your internet speed these are all major factors that can effect how quickly you get them.
We also appreciate you bringing the current malfunctions about Dropbox to our awareness.
If you are still having trouble with any future uploads just let us know and we will do our best to help you sort it out.
