I erased most of the data saved in my account but it won't reset and as a result I can't get any submissions on my forms. Instead, I get a message that I need to upgrade to a premium account.
Can this be fixed, please? I don't need premium: once the memory usage accurately represents what I'm using, I'll have all the storage space I need.

I have reset your account's counter to zero.
