When I follow the steps to downgrade my company's account. I get redirected to a site that I am unable to log into.

Hello Jessi. I have now canceled your subscription for you. You will not get charged again. Your account will stay Premium until December 22, 2012. After this date, you will be downgraded to free. You may also do so upgrade anytime after this date.
