    Email Notification/Auto-Reply pdf form

    I've looked through the forum and know this has been brought up in a variety of ways, but I thought maybe someone might have information that I don't. At the very least, consider this another vote for this feature.

    Basically, what I'm looking for is to have the email notification and/or auto-response email send just the filled out form fields. In other words, the form that I see when I go to Submissions, or the form that is sent to Dropbox (if you've set up that integration). If JotForm can send that to Dropbox, why is not able to set that up as the email notification or auto-response option?

    I know that I can just go to my Submissions and email the form from there, or print the pdf. But that, or Dropbox, or anything else is just an extra step and kind of a work-around. What I would really like is to be able to just make that form/view (the one that includes only filled fields) the default email notification. That isn't out there yet, is it?

    For what it's worth - i also know about setting up emails based on conditions. The problem is that there is no way to know for sure which fields will be filled in my form based on any given response, so I there is no way to set up conditions that will ensure I get all and only relevant responses.

    Hello,

    The generator that sends the PDF file to Dropbox is very much different from the email alert system. Currently, there is no workaround for your required feature/mechanism, but I'd like to inform you that our development team is planning on updating the email alert system.

    Hopefully, this is one of the changes we'll receive on the said future update. In any case, we'll inform you of developments in this regard.
