I would like to create some sort of dashboard or progress bar. How?

other notes- i want to create an easy way for the ASM and the UK Data team to check what stage the form is at - i.e. if it is not approved yet by one of the directors, then the team can check and chase them up - ideally i would like to create some sort of dashboard or progress bar for this 

I understand that you want to display the progress bar to know the status of the form completion. If so, please try adding the progress bar widget to your form.
