Does Jot Form work with PhP MyAdmin and MySQL databases? Also, does JotForm have a function to create a type of membership database system?

    Hi Erika,

Apparently, JotForm processes the data back to jotform.com, and you manage data submissions to your JotForm account.  There is no functionality to which it will forward the data to an external database.  What you can do to have it transferred to another database is export all data submitted to your form via CSV export.

Click here for information on how to export submitted data to CSV.

    Hope this helps.

    Update:

The above information is for the Free, Premium, and Professional accounts.

If you wish to have JotForm connected to your own MySQL database, you can purchase the JotForm Application non-distributable license.  This way you can have complete control over your data.  You can also customize the source code according to your needs, including modifying your PHPMyAdmin with JotForm integrated.
