I have a custom wordpress theme (actually 30 of them) that has a form with some custom coding to help with placement of the form in the theme along with some other cosmetic looks
The form does not pass data back and forth to an intended email due to the first line
<form method="post" action="########" >
What do I fill out as the ACTION part (above)
Do I need to drop a script in somewhere ??
I tried to use a php file - but that did not work
Any help and the quicker the betterPage URL:

It seems the form you are refering to was not created with our form builder. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help you if that was the case.
With that said, it wouldnot be difficult to build such form with all the functionality using JotForm.
We invite you to give it a try and let us know if you need any assistance using our product.

I can build forms but as I stated I need the format to be similar to what was already coded. If I can get this to work - I have a lot of people to buy into the service
I just want to know if it is POSSIBLE to KEEP THE SAME FORMAT while jotform processes the script ??
Or even more important is a form that is 2 x 2 fields

Yes, it's possible to keep the same format as what you intend to. If you can't find a way how to modify the functionalities or design that you have via the form builder, there is always a room to get the full source code of your form and place the HTML code to your web page.
You can learn more on how to get your HTML source code on this user guide.
Please let us know if you need further clarification on this matter or if you have other questions/concerns.

May we know what exactly that you want to do?
If what you think of just changing that action attribute of the form tag will make submissions go to JotForm, that's not possible. You will have to create your form here in JotForm, then get the HTML source, then place it on your website. All the IDs, classes, and exactly matching field names are necessary for your form to work with JotForm.
