My account is "lost" although the invoices have been paid. How can I recover my account?

    I am not positive about which e-mail address I have listed, but it should be hbcavs****@gmail.com.  The invoices from Plimus come to arch****@ureach.com.  Neither of these e-mail addresses are recognized by your system.  I would like to be able to use my paid account.
