I would like to create an input table that contains hyperlinked text (occupations) in the rows. the hyperlinks will allow the respondent to research the topic via the hyperlink before providing a response.

As an example, I am asking the respondent to provide an interest ranking in a particular occupation.  If the respondent is unfamiliar with the occupation (example Supply Chain Manager), I would like to have the words "Supply Chain Manager" hyperlinked to detailed information about the occupation, like this - Supply Chain Manager

I have an excel list that contains the occupations & hyperlinks that I would like to copy into an input field

It seems we cannot insert anymore html tags in widgets.

I tried inserting manual the html tag but the widget doesn't recognize this anymore.
