Keep form with out it refreshing

Is there a way for my employees to keep a form open  for several hours and edit the form prior to submitting it.  In this case work orders.  My employees must be able to log there in time when arriving at a job and then later log back out and submit. There may be several house between.  Currently we have a problem with the mobile phone refreshing and the for clears.
