I wanted to know if you can create a form that has 4 steps?

if so, "how" and also if somenoe fills out step one, but then abandons the form, is the step 1 info still captured?

    Hi theclixgroup,

On MyForms page, follow these steps:

    1. Click "New Form"
    2. A pop-up box will show up and you can either choose
        a. Blank Form
        b. Form Samples
        c. Import Form
    3. Click on "Survey Tools" on the left side of the form, it will slide down (it has a vertical bar graph icon)
    4. Click on the "Page Break" option - this will provide you your multiple-page / multiple-step form

For your question if the information gets captured when someone fills out and abandons the form, it does not capture the information for it.

    Hope this helps.
